Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General policy

Program seats are limited and planning begins once enrollment is confirmed. Because of this, refunds are reviewed based on the timing of the request, whether access details have already been shared, and the nature of the program.

2. Cancellation by learner

• If a learner requests cancellation before official access details are shared, Dreams Over Degrees may review the request for a partial or full refund.
• Once a learner has received onboarding communication, joining links, or started the program, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Administrative or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from approved refunds.

3. Rescheduling and transfer

At our discretion, a learner may be offered a transfer to a future cohort instead of a refund, especially if the request is made close to the program start date.

4. Cancellation by Dreams Over Degrees

If a workshop or cohort is cancelled by Dreams Over Degrees and no alternate session is offered, eligible enrolled learners will be informed and a refund or transfer option may be provided.

5. Referral cashback

Referral cashback, discount, or promotional benefits are separate from the standard program fee. For the current EVOLVE Plus offer, a new learner using a valid referral code may receive Rs. 99 off and the referring learner may receive Rs. 99 cashback after the referred learner completes a valid eligible enrollment. Cashback may be withheld or reversed in cases of payment failure, refund, self-referral, duplicate claims, or policy misuse.
